Welcome Elianna!

The Lord has blessed us with another little pink bundle. Elianna Renee Smucker was born Wednesday, April 15 at 6:14 p.m. weighing all of 6 lbs. 1 oz. What a flood of memories revisited me as my own little 'betz' weighed 6 lbs.

Grandpa even took off work for a little and made a quick trip in to welcome Elianna to the Smucker clan.

I kept saying 'I need to leave, I need to leave', wanting to allow mommy and daddy to have some quiet alone time. Isaac was home taking a much needed nap with his other grandma. Just as I was leaving she awoke from a very sound sleep and her eyes popped open.

"Well hello, little sissy."

Last evening Isaac met his new little sister.
