Kisses fix anything

Rachel gives lots of kisses.

 The other week she and Jessie were hanging out at Grandma's.  The weather was warm and doors where open.

Grandma - can you come here a minute?

There is something wrong with this door.

(The screen is coming loose from everyone/everything pushing against it.) I told her the door is broken..it has a boo-boo.

Rachel's remedy? --- why of course,   kiss the boo-boo.

Oh, if all home repair could be fixed so easily.

Blogging seems to have fallen by the wayside as we spend time with Betz and Mr. Studly who will soon be moving to MD to an old farmhouse they are renting.  We have another 'house guest' with us who we are trying desperately to provide some guidance and support.  Some days it seems rather hopeless but we are so desiring to see this young man succeed in life.

In the meantime life continues and birthdays arrive.  Our dear Rachel celebrated her 2nd birthday this past week.  She is full of energy, has lots to say and keeps us laughing. We are so glad Rachel is a part of our family. Happy Birthday, dear Rachel.

And I haven't had time to figure out why I can't download pictures from my Picasa albums.  So until life provides some extra time this is how things stand for now.

It's been almost a month since I posted last. Life continues to be in perpetual change mode. Betz & Mr. Studly have moved back east and have been residing in our basement but things are happening quickly changing for them and I still feel like things are in spin mode. So much so that we had a special 1 year birthday over the weekend and I almost forgot it. I need to brush up on my Grandma rememberer. I stole these pictures from Betz's camera.
