Homeless snowmen

What is it about forsythia and pussy willows that trigger spring cleaning? Maybe for me this week it's the fact that everyone around us got inches of snow and we didn't. Yesterday I stopped at my favorite home decorating barn, Homestead Furnishings, and the colors of spring are everywhere. So today it's away with the shelf of snowmen and trees - they didn't 'pay rent' this year very well. =)

I do recognize that our chances of snow remain - not because of some furry little ground critter but because our Father has ordained and rules the four seasons and their time frame.

Blessed be the name of the Lord.


But in the meantime - the colors of spring will start to show up inside these four walls.

And it's good bye snowmen until next winter.
