Braveheart

Jay found this picture in a magazine he uses for chicken supplies. I love a picture that 'says' something. It's titled Braveheart by the photographer Auke-Bonne van de Weide.

Someone on his post gave it the caption --

"They may take our eggs, but they'll never take our FREEEDOMM !!"

Jay has a few of these "chickens with an attitude" running around -- they are beautiful and a joy to watch. And yes, he takes their eggs but since they are free range chickens they have their freedom too...... a little more then we'd like sometimes.
