Jay and Ted, the black pony, are getting acquainted while Jay collects all the things you need for a pony. One last thing on the purchasing list has been a pony cart. Jay has been watching the papers, following leads that others provide but hasn’t found what he’s looking for. On Saturday, Betz & Mr. Studly, surprised Jay by bringing a pony cart from the horse regions of Maryland. We’re all thinking he is rather pleased with the find.
It was perfect timing because later that afternoon there was a birthday party planned for our youngest grandchild, Isaiah, who will be turning one year old later this week.
So Pappy decided he would use Ted as his mode of transportation and surprise the little ones – and everyone else for that matter.
Here comes Pappy and Ted – waaaay down there. Mr. Studly followed behind in the white truck seeing it was Pappy & Ted’s first solo run on our streets.
Ted seemed to be the star of the show for the evening and I’m sure he was all too glad to head for home later that evening and rest up from all the rides he provided that evening.
